Nozawa Onsen
Nozawa Onsen is famous for its ski terrain and charming ski village. Featuring over 50 kilometers of marked runs for every level of skier, there are also off-piste trails and lots to discover in and around the village.
One of the unique attractions of Nozawa Onsen is its traditional Japanese village atmosphere. Unlike many modern ski resorts in Japan, Nozawa Onsen retains its charming character, with narrow streets, wooden buildings, and welcoming local community. The village is dotted with thirteen free public hot spring baths, offering a quintessential Japanese experience at the end of the day.
