Bio
Yuko Moto represented Japan in worldwide freediving competitions from 2011 to 2021 and holds an official depth record of -62m in CWT freediving. Through her freediving and skin diving school "Little Blue" in Miura Peninsula, Kanagawa Prefecture, she works to promote the wonders of freediving and the aquatic world.

When we enter the ocean, we realize the connection between nature and humans along with the natural rhythm of the universe. The ocean is not only beautiful and fun, but also frightening and terrifying. I would like to share my love of the ocean with as many people as possible as I continue my own exploration of living in harmony with nature and accepting change. About LITTLE BLUE LITTLE BLUE is a school specializing in skin diving & freediving. We also offer a variety of activities to connect with nature including: ・ Pool lessons and practice sessions ・ Ocean lessons and tours ・ Free diving license courses and training We welcome everyone from beginners to competitors. We look forward to having a safe and enjoyable time in the water together.

Q: What is your most memorable experience in nature?
Being face to face underwater with a singing whale in front of me on Amami Oshima Island.
Q: What does nature represent to you?
The moment you enter the ocean and realize that you are also a part of nature.
Q: What has nature taught you?
The ocean teaches us many things, as it is not only beautiful and fun, but also frightening and terrifying. It teaches us that there is only so much we can control, that things are constantly changing, and that we must accept this and live in harmony with the rhythms of nature.
Q: What do you hope that people will get out of experiences with you as a guide?
I would be happy if the experience of diving could be an opportunity for people to become aware of the ocean inside of themselves.
