Bio
Takahito Seki was Born in Shiga Kogen, Nagano, in 1973 and currently lives and works in Nakano in Nagano. From childhood, he competed in national and international competitions as an alpine skier. After retirement, he began working for a sports manufacturer. His focus was on building brand image and promotional activities, as well as supporting athletes for international events such as the Olympics, World Cup, and X Games. In 2010, he returned to his hometown in Nagano Prefecture to work as a full-fledged outdoor guide at a ski resort in Shiga Kogen. In April 2014, he opened 3RD Café & More in Nakano. Using the café as a base station, he plans outdoor tours and events in the Hokushin area. During the green season, he guides trekking and fishing tours in the Zuogawa River valley, and during the winter season, he guides powder tours for skiing and snowboarding.

(Shiga Kogen is located in the Joshinetsu Kogen National Park in Yamanouchi Town in northern Nagano Prefecture. It is about 260 km from Tokyo via Nagano Station on the Shinkansen bullet train, or three to four hours by car via Joshinetsu Highway).

It is my own home and a place where I can always learn.

Listen to the voice of Mother Nature and only then will you be welcomed by nature. It is important to be in tune with that moment.
